Xiaomi 18 Fold Display Review

Xiaomi 18 Fold Review: A Device with Impressive OLED Brightness

In our review of the Xiaomi 18 Fold, we found the device to impress with its tremendous OLED brightness, reaching nearly 3,800 nits, and high color accuracy, making it comparable to other top-tier devices like the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Apple iPhone 14 Pro. However, our measurements also reveal significant display flicker, which could pose a problem, particularly for sensitive users who may experience eye strain or headaches, similar to those experienced by users of the iPad Air M2.

The Xiaomi 18 Fold’s display is undoubtedly one of its strongest features, with vibrant colors and deep blacks, making it ideal for watching videos or browsing photos, much like the Apple Watch Series 10. However, the display flicker issue may deter some users, especially those who plan to use the device for extended periods, such as gamers who use the Samsung Galaxy S25 or professionals who use the iPad Air M2 for work.

Despite this flaw, the Xiaomi 18 Fold remains a solid choice for anyone looking for a device with a high-quality display, and its competitive pricing makes it an attractive option for those who want a premium device without breaking the bank, similar to the deals found on Amazon Prime Day for the best tech deals and smartphone discounts 2026.
